HUD Homes are bought through an online bidding process and only HUD approved Brokers and their agents are able to bid on a property on your behalf.  The first 10 days the HUD Home is on the Houston, Texas market, only individuals who intend to live in the home are able to bid on the HUD home.  If no contract is accepted, day 11 all bids are reviewed for the highest bidder.
